Challenge:

Norwegian wireless sensor company needed help launching and growing its North American business. The company was not only expanding into a new market, but also a new market vertical—Commercial Real Estate.

Solution:

We built a comprehensive partner-driven GTM Strategy which enabled DT to scale wider and faster through a network of resellers, solution partners and application partners. Through our deep network, we quickly sourced and secured several new partners, and built sales enablement tools and processes to ensure each partner could effectively sell the joint solution.

Impact:

Successful North American market penetration including more than 30 new enterprise customers, several major channel partners, a significant increase in brand awareness, and the foundation required to transition to a permanent sales team. Â
